Hopi Ear Candling
This is a gentle therapy and can help ear nose and throat conditions.
It can rebalance fluid in the inner ear is therefore of benefit
to relieve a stuffy head, or before and after aeroplane travel.
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a wonderful relaxing treatment
and can be done with or without oils. The treament covers
upper back, shoulders and neck as well as the head and
also incorporates a facial massage.
Reiki
Reiki is the gentle art of self healing. Reiki energy is channelled
through the Reiki Practitioner, it is then directed to anywhere in
the body in need of healing. The body and mind should feel
rebalanced and at peace after a treatment.

My name is Cat Hannan and I am a Reiki Practitioner based in Perthshire.
Reiki is the gentle art of using Energy Therapy for self-healing. Reiki may help by unblocking channels of energy (or meridians) in the same way as acupressure. Meridians run through the body channelling energy, passing through our seven Chakras. If they are blocked this may have an effect on the whole body. This treatment is very soothing and restful, as it calms both mind and body.
